Our Team

Taylor Blanchard, PE

As a licensed professional engineer with a civil engineering degree from the University of Texas at Tyler, Taylor spent the first 10 years of his career designing and permitting master-planned communities, commercial sites, and regional municipal public works projects across Central and North Texas. His engineering background forms his real estate development perspective and project management approach, allowing for effective coordination with cities, consultants, and trade partners to deliver successful projects for all stakeholders.

Beyond the enjoyment of executing projects, Taylor understands that real estate development is only possible with great partners. He dedicates himself to forging and maintaining lasting relationships in the industry by providing steadfast communication and integrity-rooted service.

PARTNER

Sam Franklin

With a finance degree from the University of Arkansas, Sam has spent most of his career in land development, specializing in land acquisition and entitlements. He jumpstarted his commercial real estate career by working in a civil engineering firm's brokerage and land development departments. Valuable lessons learned in those roles empower his team today as they see projects through to success.

Sam is proud to be a third-generation North Texan and commercial real estate professional deeply rooted in his community.
