Purposefully built in one of the fastest growing cities in America, Oxenfree at Princeton brings new possibility and world-class amenities to Princeton, Texas. Morphic served as construction manager of the horizontal infrastructure to deliver finished lots to the vertical construction management team, Treehouse Builders. All horizontal infrastructure associated with the 408 finished pads were constructed as a single phase.
